Yes, God forbid that some of those protesters are conservative and want the Egyptian law to reflect Islam and its ethics. People like Palin are consummate secularists who would never want God to have an influence on politics or government or law and order.
Funny she’s not arguing this for Turkey. Surely she is aware of the success the mildly Islamist, pro-liberal government is having there.
